Philkor's Zero is basically a color game. Players are to choose which among the four colors (white, red, blue and yellow) would come out. Its outcome is decided by the two-card combination that determines the winning color. Bets on colors RED, BLUE and YELLOW are paid 2 to 1, while bets on ZERO (WHITE) are paid 4 to 1. Tens, Jacks, Queens and Kings count 0. The Ace counts 1 while 2 through 9 are at face value. The total score of the two cards are evaluated as the sum modulo ten of its cards, i.e., only the last digit of the total is counted. Three cards drawn from the shoe are covered face-down before the start of every deal. Game Bury cards must never be disclosed. A color shall be declared winner if the outcome of the two card combination corresponds to the wagered color.
A color loses if it does not
correspond to the outcome of the two-card combination, except when the
result is Zero (White) where a Stand-Off is declared. |
